Cookie Love: Peanut Butter Cookies

Today I made some amazing peanut butter cookies using Trader Joe’s peanut butter. I found a blog Lovin The Oven & I baked some pretty tasty cookies using her recipe. Also another plus about this recipe is all you need is a 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and most cookie recipes require 2 cups, so it’s a little less fattening. This is good for those of us watching our weight because Summer is just around the corner. So if you’re in the mood for some tasty peanut butter cookies I highly recommend trying out this recipe.

Oh, I also added 73% Organic Trader Joe’s dark chocolate with almonds to the middle of each individual cookie for just a hint of chocolaty goodness! Happy Mother’s Day weekend:-)
