Recycled Glass Jar Decor

I absolutely love finding ways to recycle glass bottles. By finding or keeping unique glass bottles, vases, mason jars you give yourself the opportunity and the fun of finding ways to give them new life.
Here are some examples:
- Use them to hold flowers
- Dry cookie recipe as a gift for the holidays
- Candle holders
- Holder for your baking needs
- Store Foods (wet or dry)
- Store Herbs
- Drink Holders
To me, it seems endless when it comes to things you can do with glass bottles. A good way to get the old labels of the glass is to use “Goo Gone”. That stuff works magic. Especially if you let the product stay on for about five minutes and then us a rag. It makes the process go by quickly.
Any other ideas for creative ways for using mason jars?

This is really cool. The 5th picture down on this post (jar with flowers) is from our wedding in Hood River, OR! Amazing that I randomly found it while looking at your post on recycled barn sliding doors. You have great ideas.
