Long Island 18th Century Water Color Foyer

I am loving the entry way of this Long Island 18th century house. Designer Ruthie Sommers painted the entry way Blue Seafoam by Benjamin moore. She had the floorboards sanded down and waxed. What I like most about this space is it’s so simple and relaxing. It’s hard finding old hardwood flooring in your home that you see in this photo.
One thing I would want to change about this space is that chair and place a long bench instead. Other than that, I really like this entry way.
