We are all accustom to seeing matching chairs around tables but how about mixing them up? Try mixing different chair styles and colors or second hand finds and designs to create a nice dining atmosphere in your house. By picking different types of chairs or stools and benches for a table you will give it a more personal feel and eclectic look. Here are just a few chairs I thought would look great together to achieve this look:

Tip: Try placing three chairs on one side and a nice long bench on the other with some cushions. Mixing chairs is a trend I am seeing a lot and I am sure you’ll notice when you’re flipping through magazines and in people’s homes as well.

What are your thoughts on mixing different styled chairs around a table? Do you like this look or not so much, I’d love to know?
