Be aware of this company’s return policy before purchasing.
I ordered a set of pet stairs, but after opening the vacuum-sealed packaging and determining the product wasn’t right for my needs, I requested a return. I was then told the item could not be returned because opening the vacuum-sealed packaging meant it was no longer in its “original packaging.”
There was no practical way to inspect the product without opening the packaging, yet doing so automatically voided the return. I don’t believe this was made clear enough before purchase.
After multiple emails, the company offered a 70% partial refund and told me to keep the item. While I appreciate the partial refund, I would have preferred a straightforward return process.
My advice to future buyers: only purchase if you’re absolutely certain you want to keep the item, because once you open the vacuum-sealed packaging, you may not be able to return it.
