Cozy Bliss will accept return merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached and accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase at cozybliss.com.
- Please contact Customer Care on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment within 3 business days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- The Return address will be attached in our Return label which will be sent to our customer vie E-mail after we granted the Return & Exchange application.
- If the return is causd by the consumer (dislike or wrong purchase), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not rquired to bear the shipping fee for this reason. You must email us with pictures of the “damaged/wrong item” after submitting online return request. Once we confirmed the problems, we will process the refund.
When sending back a return:
- Items must be in new, unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, and have original tags attached, returned in their original packaging to ensure your return arrives safe and sound.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy. You have the option to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size and/or color.
How long will it take to process my return?
We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax. No shipping costs will be refunded unless there are extenuating circumstances. All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used for the initial transaction within 5-7 days of receiving the item and processing the return. The time it appears on your statement depends on the individual financial institution. In the event that an item(s) does not meet the Return & Exchange Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Cozy Bliss items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
